Cinnamon Swirl Bread


We love homemade bread. My husband really likes cinnamon bread, so I decided to try to make my own. I have already mastered the white bread so I decided to take the much loved recipe and tweak it to create something else.

Cinnamon

Nuts ( optional)

Make the bread according the recipe, but stop after you punch and take out of bowl. Here is the tweak....lol.

After you remove from the bowl, divide in half. Using a rolling pin roll the half out into a long rectangle the width of the pan and as long as you can get it. the longer the better. Sprinkle with your cinnamon, I use my fingers and spread it out so every inch is covered. Add your nuts if desired.

Roll tightly and proceed according to the directions.
